One spoonful a day is an appropriate amount for most people. If you’re larger, or naturally resistant to mad honey’s effects, two spoonfuls may be more appropriate. We generally recommend people start with the lower dosage and then adjust as needed until they find the perfect amount for their unique body chemistry.
